The energy of a newsroom, the pace of a trading floor, the buzz of a recent tech breakthrough — we work hard, and we work fast, while keeping up the quality and accuracy we’re known for. It’s what keeps us inventing and reinventing. Our culture is open, collaborative, and focused on elevating one another. Here, you can do incredible work — the kind of work that has a real impact across the company. It’s up to you to make it happen.
The newly established HR Enterprise Enablement and Governance Team sits at the center of the HR Enterprise organization, connecting the dots across Global People Services, Employee Relations, Benefits, Position Management, and Immigration. This team exists to strengthen alignment, create clear ownership for cross‑functional priorities, and elevate operational excellence across HR. We are the hub that drives shared strategies, consistent execution, and visibility across enterprise‑wide initiatives. Our remit spans project management, product oversight, data and insights, and policy/process governance. This team brings together work that touches all areas of HR — ensuring we deliver greater consistency, transparency, and effectiveness.
We’re looking for a highly skilled HR professional who will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of HR knowledge and documentation, with a strong focus on content strategy, governance, and digital employee experience. This individual will own the creation, governance, maintenance, and evolution of HR policies, guides, and process documentation, ensuring content remains accurate, scalable, and usable across global HR audiences. They will ensure HR documentation is structured, searchable, and optimized for digital delivery, including intranet platforms, HR systems, and employee‑facing AI tools, with accountability for accuracy, usability, and readiness for cyclical HR events. In addition, this role will define documentation standards, knowledge architecture, and content frameworks used across shared HR platforms to ensure consistency, scalability, and long‑term sustainability. You’ll work across multiple HR groups — including GPS, Benefits, Immigration, Employee Relations, and more — to translate complex HR topics into simple, consistent, and accessible guidance.
The ideal candidate brings both HR expertise and strong content development skills, ensuring documentation reflects our standards for accuracy, tone, and usability.
You’ll trust you to:
- Own the full lifecycle of HR documentation, including creation, governance, maintenance, and retirement of policies, process guides, toolkits, and FAQs.
- Translate complex HR, legal, and operational content into clear, actionable guidance designed for employee self‑service and digital consumption.
- Partner with HR subject matter experts (HRBPs, GPS, Legal, CoEs) to validate and update content as processes evolve.
- Create and maintain documentation governance strategy, including ownership models, version control, review cycles, and approval workflows.
- Ensure seasonal and cyclical HR events (e.g., performance reviews, compensation cycles, internships, and benefits enrollment) are reviewed and refreshed on a recurring basis.
- Establish templates and tone standards to drive consistency across HR documentation.
- Identify content gaps and propose improvements to enhance HR efficiency and the employee experience.
- Manage documentation integration and accuracy within the employee‑facing AI tool to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Advise on optimal documentation solutions and structures for shared HR platforms to enable scalability and ease of navigation.
- Collaborate with HR Tech and Communications teams to publish and structure content on internal platforms (e.g., intranet, Workday Journeys, knowledge bases).
- Maintain an organized, well‑structured library of documents with clear taxonomy and metadata for easy access.
You’ll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR communications and policy documentation, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience owning documentation governance and content lifecycle management in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle events, including cyclical activities such as performance management, compensation, benefits enrollment, etc.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining content across multiple HR systems or platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and usability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR disciplines (HRBPs, GPS, Legal, other CoEs) and influence documentation standards across diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability, and deliver to deadlines.
We’d love to see:
- Experience leading or contributing to cross‑functional documentation initiatives in a large, global organization.
- Familiarity with AI tools, digital knowledge bases, or employee self‑service platforms and how content interacts within them.
- Knowledge of content taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization for enterprise documentation.
- Background in instructional design, UX writing, or change management communications.
- Comfort creating visual content such as process maps or decision trees to complement written documentation.
