We are seeking an experienced senior salesperson to expand Bloomberg's enterprise buy-side footprint, focusing on our Order Management solution (AIM) across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing enterprise-level sales cycles, and establishing strategic relationships at the highest levels of our buy-side clients.
We will trust you to:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive new business growth and achieve revenue objectives. Establish deep, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at buy-side institutions.
- Commercial Execution: Identify, qualify, and close enterprise sales opportunities, driving revenue through proactive client engagement. Lead complex sales involving multiple stakeholders, articulating Bloomberg's value proposition.
- Market Expertise: Maintain deep market and product knowledge, positioning Bloomberg's solutions effectively against competitors. Participate in industry events to build credibility and represent Bloomberg's thought leadership.
- Collaboration and Influence: Coordinate with global teams across Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Analytics. Champion client needs internally to guide product innovation.
You’ll need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales roles focused on buy-side technology, especially order management or similar products.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement to close.
- Deep understanding of buy-side workflows, market structure, trading, compliance, and operational technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship skills at the executive level.
- Fluent in French and English, with willingness to travel across Europe and globally.
