The Role:
As a member of the Global People Services (GPS) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employees and shaping their experience across the full lifecycle—guiding them with clarity, care, and sound expertise. You’ll draw on a strong understanding of Bloomberg’s HR policies to help employees navigate their needs with empathy and precision. Working collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence and HR colleagues across EMEA and globally, you will contribute to consistent, high-impact support. Your insights will help identify patterns and areas for improvement—ultimately advancing how we deliver service across the firm.
Eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years' work experience
- Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- Possess the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
