  • Apply cutting edge technologies including LLMs and Agentic AI to deliver higher quality, faster data whilst reducing the dependency on manual processes, helping to deliver cost and efficiency savings.
  • Translate product and business requirements into a coherent data vision that allows us to expand the breadth of coverage, supporting evolving client needs and incorporating best practices of data management.
  • Partner with data modelling teams to leverage corporate bond taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and ontologies to improve the interoperability of our metadata models.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and technical concepts clearly across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and SMEs and influence decision makers across the firm to align to shared data standards that improve the consistency of our data and client outcomes.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with 3+ years of experience managing people or leading large-scale regional projects.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM, Economics, a quantitative social science, or related business field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in data management related role such as data quality, data modeling and/or data engineering, working with large datasets to quantify trends impacting the industry.
  • Experience with data analysis using tools such as Python, SQL, and/or Tableau / QSEN.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly communicate business needs and to advocate on behalf of your team as well as communicate business and operational strategy to your team.
  • Deep understanding of fixed income credit, particularly focused around corporate bonds.
  • Ability to spot market trends and act on them to enhance depth and breadth of coverage.
  • Ability to demonstrate qualitative and quantitative evidence to drive commercial decisions, and use statistics and data visualization skills to report on results of ongoing operations and projects, as required.
  • Strategic vision to align team goals around providing outstanding service to the business and other internal/external clients, and the ability to implement a business and people strategy which delivers on that vision.
  • Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build influential relationships with multiple internal and external partners.

We’d Love to See:

  • Demonstrated experience in fixed income or financial datasets (especially within credit markets).
