  • Translate business inputs and forecasts into actionable supply and operational plans
  • Balance service levels, inventory, and cost across regions to support global operations
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, etc) to align on forecasts, priorities, and constraints
  • Play a key role in global S&OP processes, driving discussions, surfacing trade‑offs, and influencing decisions
  • Drive accountability and transparency in planning through clear communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify risks, constraints, and gaps in the supply chain, and proactively drive mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on planning assumptions and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and data quality
  • Leverage planning systems and analytics to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency

You’ll need to have:

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and S&OP
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience working with planning systems (e.g. SAP, IBP, or similar tools)
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into business insights

We’d love to see:
