Our Team
The Financial Solutions Knowledge Group (FSKG) is responsible for building and delivering thoughtful training programs that support the execution of Bloomberg strategy across Financial Solutions. In FSKG Support, our training specialists design and deliver engaging, scalable and inclusive learning experiences that help build great teams across User Support and solve for evolving business needs. By partnering closely with stakeholders, we ensure every program connects learning outcomes to business impact and supports the continued growth of our people and our clients.
The Role
Our team is looking for a hard-working and collaborative Analytics Training Specialist at the London office. You will partner closely with Analytics management to design, co-ordinate and continuously improve learning experiences that are vital to the success of the Analytics department. You will help the department build the skills and knowledge that power their careers. Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will help shape the overall training strategy, develop and maintain a cohesive curriculum and annual program calendar, and drive consistent standards globally. You will also play a key role in sharing best practices across teams and regions to continuously improve how learning is designed and delivered.
Partnering with subject matter experts in the Analytics department, you will identify knowledge gaps, consult on training needs and quality, and design scalable solutions that link learning outcomes to business performance. Using strong process and systems management skills, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of training environments across platforms and offices, supporting continuity, efficiency, and long-term impact.
We’ll trust you to:
- Drive project work: apply a highly organized approach to project management taking ownership of and responsibility for day-to-day needs and handle them effectively to resolution.
- Co-ordinate and deliver high quality training, ensuring at all times the aim, structure and content is in line with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Manage and influence key relationships with multiple stakeholders, and understand the problems they’re looking to solve by building credibility and alignment with their change management initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-regionally to align learning with business goals.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify gaps and design solutions that improve performance.
- Create innovative, exciting training materials and events that inspire learning and build confidence.
- Deliver engaging and effective sessions in classroom, blended and virtual settings, using facilitation techniques that promote participation and practical application.
- Plan and implement effective advanced trainings and workshops, incorporating industry and market trends and focused on practical knowledge and skill building.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage training logistics and timelines.
- Collect and analyse training feedback to measure training success and business impact.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities through understanding of Analytics workflows, department organization, and operational processes.
You’ll need to have:
- A passion for delivering training and developing people.
- Critical thinking and influencing skills - able to evaluate training effectiveness, identify gaps and opportunities with stakeholders, and implement improvements that enhance business impact.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team with colleagues across different global offices as well as independently as a self-starter.

We’d love to see:
- Experience in training facilitation (in-person and virtual), design and related qualifications.
- Experience motivating others and a track record of leading by example.
- Proven ability to think strategically about business priorities and design innovative solutions that address them.
- Prior experience in project management, ideally related to learning & development.
- Coding skills (Python, HTML etc.).
- Expertise with Cornerstone and/or other learning management (LMS) software.
