The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated apprentice to join our Corporate Philanthropy team, based in London. Our comprehensive training will teach you the key concepts and administrative techniques required to work in a business environment. In this role you will gain hands‑on experience of working in project management, events, and customer service. Assignments will include:
- Planning and execution of high quality, high impact employee engagement and volunteering projects across the region;
- Assisting the business alignment leads to deliver philanthropy activities that support business priorities;
- Day‑to‑day liaison with charity partners;
- Organising volunteering opportunities and events;
- Communicating with employees related to volunteering enquiries;
- Administrative duties and data entry;
- Preparation of reports, summaries, correspondence and communications documents.
Eligibility criteria
- Three A‑levels (Grade A*‑C) or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4‑9 in any subject (should include Maths & English)
- Candidates must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- Possess the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
