You will also negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and any included legal terms and conditions attached to the RFP, and respond to associated requests for various forms and licensing contracts associated with the RFPs. Negotiation of licensing agreements with Bloomberg's customers across EMEA and APAC outside of an RFP context may be required depending on business needs. Our customers range from major financial institutions to government entities across a wide range of fin-tech products and services that are dynamic and often cutting-edge. We'll rely on you to build internal partnerships with Sales Support in EMEA and APAC and balance both the needs and drive of Bloomberg Sales and our customers in a time-sensitive environment.
We'll trust you to:
-
Review and/or provide responses to Legal & Compliance related questions for all customer RFPs

-
Respond to contract inquiries and negotiate terms and conditions while supporting Sales and our clients in a timely manner
-
Work in close partnership with Legal Negotiations Specialists, Counsel, Sales and Sales Support, and Product
-
Multitask and manage multiple time sensitive tasks and projects in a challenging, fast-paced and fluid environment
-
Operate in an open and communicative way with our colleagues and customers
-
Be a quick learner who can quickly adapt to our proprietary technology
-
Be an active participant in identifying and supporting projects that continuously improve our own operations and as well as those that streamline processes between us and our business partners.
You’ll need to have:
-
A bachelor's degree and 3 years* of relevant experience
-
Experience negotiating some light contractual legal terms & conditions, preferably data / technology contracts and licensing software solutions
-
