This role provides key support to the delivery of strategic partnerships and initiatives across the region, particularly in the Arts and Culture space. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role ensures projects and programs are well-coordinated, delivered on time, and aligned with organizational priorities. In addition, this role provides support in the coordination and execution of high-profile events.

As part of the Corporate Philanthropy Team, you will work closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver key projects. You will:

  • Support the delivery of arts and culture partnerships and projects, taking ownership of timelines, workflows and key milestones
  • Oversee partner deliverables and ensure all partnership commitments are fulfilled to a high standard
  • Provide support to the Executive Office for event planning and delivery
  • Manage day-to-day communications to ensure alignment, clarity and progress across projects
  • Facilitate the end-to-end process for partnership and funding requests, from initial assessment through to approval and delivery
  • Support grant processing and due diligence, ensuring compliance and providing recommendations on prospective partnerships
  • Support communications strategy and manage the coordination and approval of branding and communications outputs
  • Coordinate engagement activities across partnerships and programs, producing project updates and wrap reports
  • Maintain clear project documentation while tracking and reporting on outputs, engagement, and impact using data-driven insights
  • Support the delivery of and participate in key internal and external events

You’ll need to have:

  • 5-7 years experience coordinating projects, partnerships, or programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of preparing executive level briefings and presentations
  • Exhibits strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism, particularly in senior stakeholder engagement

  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge in arts and culture
  • Experience working across regions or within a global organization
  • Experience using project management and administrative systems (e.g., Asana)
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation tools
