Delighted to announce bloom's newest Product search, helping a long-standing retained partner in stealth make their first product hire. Back in October, two industry contacts referred us to the founders of this business. We went to meet them when there were only 3 people in their London office that day, and just 6 in the whole company. Within 48 hours we'd agreed to partner, and help deliver their hugely ambitious hiring plans for late 2025 & throughout 2026. 8 months later, they've scaled to over 50 permanent staff, with Bloom hiring over 25 Members of Technical Staff across Senior, Staff and Principal Engineers. Without doubt the highest impact we've had on any early-stage company, and one we're genuinely proud of. Now they're ready for their first Product hire!

Here's why it matters. We're at a critical point for AI. The next generation won't be built on static datasets alone, it'll learn through active experience. This business is building the infrastructure for that shift: interactive, resettable training grounds, from simple websites to complex applications, where AI agents learn, explore and master real tasks through trial and error. High-fidelity environments that train the capable, generalist agents of the future.

A small, focused, ambitious team of builders with hubs in London and Paris, working hand in hand with leading AI labs to push the frontier of what's possible. In a year they've gone from thesis to a company backed by serious capital and some of the most active angels in tech.

You'll own the tooling that enables a 60-strong technical team to build these training environments faster, at higher quality and with less friction. A senior IC role owning the internal platform end to end: developer-facing products, quality and observability workflows that scale without adding headcount, building for a user base that's increasingly agentic as much as human. You'll prototype rather than just spec, hold strong opinions on UX for technical users, and go deep before you go wide.

Not a strategy or management hire. A builder!

Location: London or Paris

Salary: £150k-£200k + highly competitive equity

If you've wanted to build tools for people who genuinely push them, at a company shaping what frontier models can actually do, then please apply and I'll drop you a message if we see a suitable match.

Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
