Senior Individual Contributor role responsible for owning the tooling that enables a 60‑strong technical team to build interactive training environments faster, at higher quality, and with less friction.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal platform end-to-end, including developer‑facing products, quality and observability workflows that scale without adding headcount.
- Prototype solutions rather than just spec; hold strong opinions on user experience for technical users and go deep before going wide.
- Build tooling that supports a growing user base that is increasingly agentic as well as human.
