Turning Data Into Action, At Scale
Stage: Series B
Package: Up to £110,000 salary + bonus + equity
Location: London-based, two days a month in the office required, though the team are in most days by choice, including the Product Director you'll report into.
If you're a Senior or Lead PM who loves getting into the detail of complex data problems and wants real ownership over a product area that's already proving its commercial value, this one is worth a conversation.
Bloom are delighted to have been retained with a Series B intelligent management platform used by some of the world's largest enterprise businesses globally. The problem they solve is a big one. Large organisations have always been drowning in data, but that data rarely tells the people on the ground what to actually do with it. This platform flips that on its head, using AI to surface anomalies, benchmark performance across similar locations, and push targeted actions directly to the right person at the right time.
The result is measurable performance uplift at scale, and for the first time, real operational visibility for leadership across the entire business. They're now hiring a Senior or Lead PM to own a genuinely exciting growth area, using a unique data set to bring new user personas into the platform and expand their footprint within existing customers. It's a 1-to-2 opportunity with real autonomy and hard ROI already attached to the core product.
The Role
- You'll own a strategic product area end to end, focused on expanding the platform beyond its core user base and unlocking new value for enterprise customers.
- Steering the roadmap at a strategic level based on discovery findings and ongoing progress.
- Driving initiatives through the full lifecycle, from problem space discovery through to build and launch.
- Working closely with designers, engineers, implementation and data science teams to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Getting under the skin of customer needs through direct interaction and close collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
- Finding flexible solutions that work across the varying needs of large enterprise organisations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning discovery, defining problems, and shaping solutions in a complex, data-rich B2B environment.
- Producing clear documentation from initial problem framing through to finalised implementation scope.
- Keeping teams aligned and moving at the epic and story level.
- Partnering with data scientists and engineers to explore what's possible with a rich, unique data set.
- Communicating clearly across the business to align stakeholders around goals and decisions.
What We're Looking For
- A strong track record on a complex, commercially impactful B2B SaaS product serving enterprise customers.
- Solid technical understanding, able to work closely with engineers, designers and data scientists.
- Strong initiative, you're hands-on and don't wait to be asked.
- Experience with standard product tooling across roadmapping, design and delivery.
Why This Is Worth Your Time
- A unique data set that no competitor can replicate.
- Real product ownership with a clear commercial mandate.
- Series B with serious traction, this isn't a speculative bet.
- Small, senior team with close access to leadership from day one.
- Genuine hybrid flexibility.
This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining someone else's roadmap. It's strategic, data-driven, and high-agency.
If you're the kind of PM who:
- Thrives in complexity and gets energised by data-rich problems.
- Wants genuine ownership, not just a seat at the table.
- Is looking for a product with proven, measurable impact.
