Our team is divided into Strategic Procurement and Stock Planning. As Stock Planning Lead you will report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, acting as the architect of the operational procurement function and building scalable systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Master stock availability by leading a team to maintain optimal stock levels across all sites, balancing availability with minimising waste and holding costs.
  • Develop and automate supply‑chain and inventory tools, building AI workflows to eliminate manual data entry and calculation tasks.
  • Lead process & KPI development, creating standardised processes and frameworks and conducting weekly KPI reviews to shift from reactive problem‑solving to proactive inventory and risk management.
  • Transform and develop the team, coaching and mentoring stock planners to move from manual execution to analytical decision‑making, and building succession and resilience.
  • Support strategic growth & inventory control by de‑risking new range launches, collaborating with the commercial team to right‑size inventory, and managing third‑party relationships for excess stock.
  • Provide operational execution support during peak times and when issues arise.
  • Manage 3PW performance by measuring and maintaining SLA terms.
  • Build supplier performance reporting, tiering, and initiatives to improve operational performance.

You’ll love this role if you…

  • Are proactive and hands‑on, willing to contribute directly to enable scale during peak periods or gaps.
  • Are commercially and data‑driven.
  • Are motivated to protect margins, eliminate P&L leakage, and right‑size inventory to optimise working capital and cash flow.
