We are seeking a Senior IT Associate to provide first-line support for IT-related issues and lead the maintenance of our technical infrastructure. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Nuneaton warehouse (UIC).
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing first-line support for all IT-related issues via Slack, Email, tickets or in-person.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for employees across the business, primarily focusing on warehouse technologies.
- Providing training and support to end users to ensure they are confident with our internal tools.
- Managing asset tooling, keeping our asset management platform accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintaining the knowledge base by creating and updating articles to empower self-service support.
- Collaborating with IT staff and cross-functional engineering squads to resolve high-level technical blockers.
- Supporting the printing of greeting cards and leaflets where required.
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and industry best practices to improve our internal systems.
- Travelling every other month to another site via car.
