Bloom & Wild Group is seeking its first Lead Dev Sec Ops Engineer to own security across our product and technology estate.
You will report to the Engineering Director and define a 12-18 month security roadmap, making secure choices the fast default for every engineer.
You’ll split time between strategic security governance, shift-left controls for DX and CI/CD, and hands-on security of AI workflows, including defenses against prompt injection and data leakage.
