Customer Delight Team @ Bloom & Wild Group

We’re looking after our customers with the same care we give to our flowers and bouquets.

We’re hiring a Customer Delight Associate to bring joy to customers’ days with every interaction. This role supports both the bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands (London or Amsterdam based). It’s part of the German Customer Delight team and handles requests from German-speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat and phone. From time to time you may also assist the Dutch email queue and English queues using a translation tool.

What you’ll be doing

  • A typical day involves engaging with customers through various channels in Zendesk, resolving issues, coordinating with colleagues on Slack, and completing admin duties.
  • Attend company and team meetings, share feedback, and work with your manager on growth opportunities and performance review.
  • Work hours are shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday–Sunday and may change to match business needs. Flexibility is required; at least one evening shift per week and some weekend shifts are expected.
