Generate weekly and monthly forecasts by gathering and aligning inputs from multiple stakeholders across the business (e.g., order forecasts from marketing, SKU mixes from trading teams and shipping set ups from logistics), reviewing supply and demand parameters.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to accurately review volume requirements across all product categories, aiming to meet customer demand and maximise product availability.
- Critically evaluate forecast outputs prior to sharing them with the wider team for review and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate inputs from internal stakeholders (marketing, trading, range, finance), enabling us to meet our supplier forecast demand deadlines.
- Support the Forecasting team in automating forecasting processes across all markets, leveraging AI to improve the speed and accuracy of forecast outputs.
- Use data insights and business knowledge to develop and implement improved forecasting tools, templates, and processes.
- Drive standardisation, scalability, and efficiency in forecasting practices to support local market needs and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role within a business, professional services or industry setting.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Experience working with a number of teams in a business.
- Strong modelling and analytical abilities, developed through in-house experience or a STEM academic background.
- Experience using AI to support and refine workflows.
- A keen eye for detail and problem solving skills.
- A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a positive mindset.
- Availability to work from one of our offices (Amsterdam or London) two days a week.
