Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows. We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B Corp™ – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.

Founded in 2013, our mission back then was to make sending and receiving flowers the joy that it should be, by harnessing technology, brand and letterbox delivery. We announced £75 million Series D funding in 2021 and that same year acquired bloomon in The Netherlands and Bergamotte in France. Together, we’ve fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe. Now home to a family of 3 beautiful brands, we’re driven by our vision to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination.

Brand and Creative Team @ Bloom & Wild Group

Within the brand & creative team we’re a vibrant and dynamic bunch of 15 creative thinkers across 3 disciplines: brand (including brand management, brand partnerships and social media), creative (including creative concepting, art direction and copywriting, production, physical product design, packaging and much more) and communications (consumer and corporate PR). We’re responsible for our global brand strategy and creative output and work with teams across the business in all markets to bring this to life.

We use customer insight and creative flair to build uplifting and innovative brand experiences for our customers and constantly challenge ourselves to do better. We collaborate closely with Research to inform our thinking, the Range and Business Development teams on designing our products and services, with the Germany team on plans that resonate in their local market and with our Digital Product and Design teams on our website and app. We’re passionate about who we are as a brand and how we show up creatively in the world - and we love seeing Bloom & Wild grow, so we work at a fast pace, pouring thought and care into everything we do.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for an Artworker to join the Bloom & Wild Brand & Creative team. Reporting to the Lead Physical Product Designer, this role provides the technical artwork and production capability that enables our own-brand design programme to scale. As the range grows, we need someone who can take established designs and design systems and extend them with confidence - creating SKU variants, format adaptations, and size derivatives without needing a designer to touch every version - as well as preparing production-ready files to an exacting standard. This isn’t a pure production role - you’ll work closely with the Own Brand Product Designer and Lead Physical Product Designer to help codify design guidelines for product subcategories, and you’ll be trusted to apply them independently at pace. You’ll know when you can run with something and when it needs to go back to a designer - and that judgment is as important as the execution itself.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare print-ready artwork files from approved designs across packaging formats including boxes, sleeves, wraps, labels, tubes, tins, and tissue.
  • Extend established design systems to create new SKU variants and size derivatives - adapting existing designs to new formats and configurations within the same design language, without requiring designer input on each version.
  • Help codify design guidelines for product subcategories so that variant creation is consistent, documented, and repeatable.
  • Manage artwork to supplier specifications: bleeds, colour profiles (CMYK/Pantone/Colour profiles), dielines, and technical tolerances.
  • Liaise with print suppliers on technical queries, amends, and physical proof sign-off with external partners and the Lead Physical Product Designer.
  • Maintain and organise the own-brand artwork library - version control, file naming, and asset management.
  • Support the Own Brand Product Designer and Lead Physical Product Designer as the range and design system grow.

You’ll love this role if you…

  • Print expertise: You have deep, hands-on knowledge of print production - CMYK and Pantone colour management, dielines, bleed, trap, and ink coverage. You know the difference between what looks good on screen and what works in print - and how to execute it successfully.
  • System thinking: You can look at an existing design and confidently work out how it scales - and you know when it doesn’t. You’re comfortable working within a design system and helping to build it out, not just execute from it.
  • Precision: You are obsessively accurate. You notice when a spot colour isn’t labelled, a bleed is wrong, or a font hasn’t been outlined - and you don’t let it through.
  • Pace and organisation: You can manage a high volume of live files across multiple projects without losing track. You work quickly and communicate proactively.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with designers rather than in isolation, and you’re comfortable flagging creative or technical concerns clearly and early.
  • AI & tools: You actively seek out automated workflows and AI-assisted tools to work smarter - whether that's template generation, asset management, or variant creation. You understand that the value of this role is judgment and precision, not manual repetition.

These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. We’re committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you’re excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we’d love to hear from you.
