Our Brand team sits within Marketing, working closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, Range and Customer Insight to shape how Bloom & Wild shows up in the world. Right now we're tackling two different, exciting challenges: shifting UK perception from flower company to full gifting destination, and building brand awareness in Germany as we grow from newcomer to major market player.

The Role

You'll report to our CMO and lead the Brand function for Bloom & Wild across the UK and Germany. You'll own our brand strategy end-to-end, from positioning and campaign development to budget and team leadership, making sure everything we do ladders back to the business objectives and shows up as a genuine challenger brand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning: Own our overarching UK & DE brand strategy, keeping every piece of output aligned to business priorities.
Campaign Development: Turn consumer, cultural and competitor insight into compelling, insight-led campaigns and seasonal moments.
Budget & Media Planning: Own the annual brand marketing budget and make the ATL/digital investment calls that drive brand health.
Team Leadership: Lead and grow a multi-disciplined team across PR, Social, Content, Partnerships and Influencer, connecting their work to real business metrics.

What We're Looking For

Brand Leadership: A proven track record as a commercially successful brand lead, ideally across both mature and scaling markets.
Team Management: Strong experience building and developing high-performing teams.
Exec Presence: SLT experience and the ability to influence effectively at Exec level.
Commercial Creativity: A strong creative instinct balanced with a sharp commercial mindset.
AI Curiosity: Genuine enthusiasm for using AI to enhance how you and your team work.
