Bloom Stays is an independent holiday lettings agency specializing in luxury self-catering properties across Kent and Sussex. Since its foundation in 2020, the company has built a curated collection of over 140 holiday homes, ranging from beachfront properties to rural retreats, accommodating groups from 2 to 42 people. With deep-rooted expertise in the holiday rental industry, Bloom Stays prides itself on providing exceptional service to guests and property owners alike. The company is passionate about creating memorable holiday experiences in the beautiful settings of the Garden of England.

Bloom Stays is seeking a Housekeeping and Property Management Leader for a full-time, on-site position based in Canterbury but covering visits across Kent and Sussex. Daily responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance, managing housekeeping schedules, conducting property checks, and coordinating with property owners. The role also involves recruiting and managing housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and providing timely resolutions to guest inquiries and issues.

Currently we fully manage 23 homes with scope for fast growth over the next 12-18 months.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in property management, scheduling, and task delegation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of housekeeping or maintenance professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, guests, and team members
