Bloom Search is delighted to be partnering with a beautiful luxury womenswear brand to recruit an Atelier & Production Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of the product development process, working closely with Design, Product Development, Production and the Atelier to ensure collections progress seamlessly from prototype through to production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating fittings and managing fit schedules
  • Supporting atelier operations and sample development
  • Managing critical paths and key deadlines
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supporting the delivery of luxury collections from development through to production

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience within luxury fashion
  • Strong critical path management skills
  • Experience coordinating fittings
  • An understanding of atelier processes and garment development
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
