We are partnered with a beautiful small luxury womenswear brands, who requires a Press Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s public image across editorial, digital and influencer channels, responsible for managing sample send-outs, supporting media requests, maintaining press lists, and assisting with events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sample trafficking, press loans and returns
- Support press and influencer gifting
- Monitor and archive press coverage
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases
- Assist with press release distribution and media outreach
- Support with event planning, guest lists, and on-the-day logistics
- Help prepare for lookbook shoots and campaign activations
- Liaise with stylists, editors, influencers and courier services
- Organise and maintain the showroom and press samples
What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous internship or assistant-level experience in fashion PR or communications
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- In depth knowledge of luxury fashion and emerging designers
