We are looking for an experienced and highly organised People & Talent Acquisition Assistant to join a growing contemporary accessories brand.
This is a broad and varied role supporting employees across Head Office and Retail. You will take ownership of the day-to-day people administration and employee lifecycle, ensuring that information is accurate, processes run smoothly and employees receive a positive and professional experience.
You will also support recruitment, employee relations and wider People projects, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing HR experience and take on greater responsibility within a fast-paced creative business.
Key responsibilities
People operations and employee lifecycle
- Coordinate the complete employee lifecycle, from offer and onboarding through to internal changes and offboarding.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, new-starter documentation and contractual amendment letters.
- Process changes relating to roles, salaries, bonuses, working arrangements and promotions.
- Ensure all employee information is recorded accurately across the company’s People systems.
- Liaise with payroll to communicate new starters, leavers and employee changes accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate onboarding plans, induction packs and cross-departmental meetings for new employees.
- Work with IT and relevant departments to ensure new starters are properly set up and leavers are offboarded correctly.
