Overview
We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join a warm and vibrant fashion head office. This role will be approx 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week, in London. The role combines financial accuracy with seamless office operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment. Both Full-time & Part-time options will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience required
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Manage expenses correctly and efficiently
- Prepare financial reports
- Manage wholesale invoices and payments
- Ensure smooth policies and procedures within Head Office
- Keep the office running smoothly, from supplies to travel arrangements to team events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in Xero and solid knowledge of UK financial compliance
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable – with a can-do attitude
- Experience in the fashion or creative industry is a plus
