Operations Director - Fashion (England)

We have partnered with a luxury brand looking for a Commercial Director to join and lead the growth strategy of the business. Our client is looking for an experienced operational or commercial professional with experience in scaling international growth.

• Lead, inspire and motivate the team
• Partner with brand founders to devise growth strategy across distribution, online, operations, customer service and sales
• Devise international distribution strategy
• Oversee customer excellence programmes
• Oversee people operations across entire business
• Partner with marketing and growth teams
• Oversee logistics and warehouse teams
• Work closely with finance
• Work with external stakeholder when required
• Support the wider business on adhoc duties

The successful candidate will;

• Have 10 plus years experience within an operational or commercial leadership roles
• Must have extensive experience within the fashion industry
• Have multichannel experience
• Be a great people manager and inspirer
• Have experience overseeing large teams
• Have a track record of working within a fast growing brand or business.
