Bloom is partnering with an exciting British streetwear brand to find an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep the business running smoothly.
Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll bring structure to a busy, creative environment, coordinate priorities across departments and make sure plans turn into action. This role focuses on internal business operations, project coordination and administration.
The role
- Coordinate day-to-day business activities across teams, keeping priorities, deadlines and actions on track.
- Support internal projects, collection launches and brand initiatives.
- Organise meetings, prepare updates and follow up on agreed actions.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and business documents.
- Support supplier and service-provider relationships, contracts and invoice administration.
- Help improve processes and introduce practical ways of working as the brand grows.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the founders and wider team.
About you
- Experience in operations, business coordination, studio management or a similar role, ideally within fashion or a creative business.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working across different teams.
- Proactive and resourceful, comfortable taking ownership and following things through.
- Confident using spreadsheets and project-management tools.
- An interest in streetwear, brand culture and working within a growing British business.
