We are partnered with a vibrant fashion and accessories brand who requires an experienced Marketplace account manager to work closely with our key marketplace partners.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing a portfolio of key marketplace accounts across both UK and international territories.
  • Tailor approaches for various account types, including full-price retailers and digital platforms.
  • Develop strong relationships, working collaboratively on business plans, trade strategies, and promotional calendars.
  • Lead product strategy and seasonal assortments for each account.
  • Trend awareness
  • Partner closely merchandising to hit sell-through targets and margins.
  • Oversee forecasting, allocations, and replenishment strategies to optimise stock levels across partners.
  • Regularly evaluate product performance, market, and customer feedback across categories and regions to inform future decisions.
  • Ensure account terms, pricing, trading agreements, and markdown structures are implemented accurately.
  • Track marketplace KPIs, including returns, conversions, and merchandising quality.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A sharp commercial mindset with a natural drive for delivering revenue growth and building brand equity.
  • Clear, confident communication skills—you’re comfortable leading negotiations and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship skills and a collaborative, solution-focused approach to account partnerships.
  • 3+ years of experience in fashion wholesale or strategic account management.
  • Knowledge of wholesale and retail distribution within the fashion industry.
  • Skilled in data analysis, sales forecasting, and presenting performance insights.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP platforms.
