An exciting fashion brand based in East Sussex is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of creative content across e-commerce, campaigns and brand storytelling. This role will oversee photography and creative production, ensuring all content is beautifully executed, on-brand and delivered to deadline.
The Senior Creative Manager will be responsible for managing the full creative production process — from concept through to shoot delivery — working closely with internal teams and external partners (photographers, studios, freelancers, agencies, talent). This is a hands-on, highly organised role requiring strong creative judgement, exceptional project management and a deep understanding of fashion imagery and content that drives conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Creative production & photography
- Lead end-to-end creative production across e-commerce, campaign and editorial shoots
- Manage shoot planning including creative briefs, mood boards, shot lists, run sheets and schedules
- Oversee all on-set production: studio/location shoots, model bookings, logistics and styling coordination
- Ensure content is consistently premium, on-brand and aligned with the seasonal brand direction
- Own shoot budgets, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring cost control without compromising quality
- Ensure a steady pipeline of content to support product launches, drops and seasonal campaigns
- Partner closely with E-commerce, Marketing and Brand teams to deliver commercial and brand-led imagery
- Oversee post-production workflows including retouching, editing, asset management and final delivery
- Ensure assets are delivered in the correct formats for web, email, social, paid media and wholesale use
- Maintain an organised content calendar aligned with trading priorities and marketing activity
- Manage and develop junior team members or freelancers (where applicable)
- Build strong relationships across internal teams (design, product, merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, social)
- Act as a key creative point of contact, ensuring a smooth and collaborative workflow
- Manage external creative partners including photographers, videographers, editors and agencies
- Uphold brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Drive elevated storytelling through content, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to every brief
- Ensure creative remains relevant and competitive within the fashion landscape
- Keep up to date with trends in fashion imagery, production innovation and content performance
- Proven experience in a Senior Creative / Creative Production role within a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Strong background in photography production, content creation and shoot management
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail, with deep understanding of premium fashion imagery
- Confident managing budgets, suppliers and external creative teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience producing both stills and video content
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce imagery that supports conversion and customer experience
- Experience working with international teams / markets
- Understanding of paid social asset requirements and platform best practice
