We are partnering with a contemporary luxury menswear brand to recruit an experienced E-Commerce Executive to support the continued growth of its global digital business. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and digitally savvy individual who combines strong e-commerce trading experience with a passion for delivering exceptional online customer journeys. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving website performance, optimising user experience and supporting the execution of the brand's digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day trading and management of the Shopify Plus website.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer engagement and revenue.
  • Own product launches, category merchandising and collection updates across the website.
  • Optimise product listing pages, collection pages and landing pages to enhance the customer journey.
  • Conduct regular UX and customer journey audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practice recommendations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyse customer behaviour using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve site performance and conversion.
  • Manage promotional activity, homepage updates and content deployment.
  • Monitor website functionality and liaise with developers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Support SEO initiatives and ensure best practice site structure and content optimisation.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within an E-Commerce Executive or similar digital trading role.
  • Previous experience within luxury fashion, premium fashion, lifestyle or retail brands.
  • Hands-on experience managing and trading a Shopify Plus platform.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimisation.
  • Proven experience improving conversion rates and website performance.
  • Highly analytical with strong experience using Google Analytics and e-commerce reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, site navigation and product presentation.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative and Development teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within luxury menswear or premium apparel.
  • Knowledge of international e-commerce and multi-market websites.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Nosto, Global-e or similar e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Experience supporting website development projects and CRO initiatives.
