6 MONTH MATERNITY COVER FTC: IMMEDIATE START We are partnering with a luxury womenswear designer to appoint an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and drive the growth of the brand’s direct-to-consumer business. This role will take ownership of the e-commerce strategy, focusing on driving online revenue, enhancing customer experience, and optimising digital performance across all touchpoints. Working cross-functionally across marketing, merchandising, wholesale and product development, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the commercial performance of the brand’s e-commerce website and selected third-party marketplaces, driving revenue growth, profitability and customer engagement.
  • Lead the full DTC trading calendar, including seasonal launches, campaign execution, promotional activity and markdown strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse trading performance, reporting on sales, margin and customer behaviour, whilst identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Manage and support the E-commerce Assistant, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the website.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to oversee paid media, affiliate marketing and customer acquisition activity.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns, launches and content are aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Lead the CRM and customer retention strategy, ensuring a highly personalised and elevated customer journey across all channels.
  • Own the website development roadmap, managing relationships with technical partners and ensuring continuous optimisation of the online experience.
  • Drive improvements across site merchandising, navigation, customer journey and conversion through testing and performance analysis.
  • Analyse website and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Wholesale, Merchandising and Product Development teams to support seasonal planning, assortment strategy and inventory decisions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience within e-commerce, ideally across luxury fashion, womenswear or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving online growth and profitability.
  • Previous team management experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Highly analytical with strong numerical and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial planning.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into clear commercial actions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confident working both strategically and hands-on within a growing business environment.
