Bloom Search is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing womenswear fashion brand to appoint an exceptional Design Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced womenswear designer who is ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role, combining creative vision with commercial thinking while mentoring and developing a talented design team.

Reporting to the Product Director, you'll lead the creative development of seasonal collections from concept through to launch, ensuring product reflects the brand's handwriting while continuing to evolve and excite its growing global customer base. You'll oversee the design process across multiple product categories, lead fittings and product development, collaborate closely with buying, merchandising and production, and build strong relationships with international suppliers to deliver commercially successful collections.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Significant experience designing successful womenswear collections within a premium or contemporary fashion brand.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing designers.
  • Strong commercial awareness alongside exceptional creative vision.
  • Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabric development, print and colour.
  • Experience working closely with international suppliers throughout the product development process.
  • Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence, inspire and drive innovation.
