We are partnering with a fast-growing contemporary fashion brand renowned for its distinctive design aesthetic, strong community engagement and expanding international presence. With ambitious growth plans across both established and emerging markets, the business is seeking a commercially driven Wholesale Manager to play a key role in driving global wholesale performance and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Reporting into senior leadership, the Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's wholesale business across key domestic and international accounts. This is a highly commercial role requiring a strong understanding of the contemporary fashion landscape, excellent relationship management skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities that align with the brand's positioning and long-term growth strategy.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximise revenue opportunities across all wholesale channels.

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing wholesale partners across the UK and international markets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with strategic wholesale accounts and distribution partners.
  • Drive seasonal sell-in appointments, presentations and market appointments.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, account plans and growth strategies with key partners.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising and Production teams to support forecasting, inventory planning and account management.
  • Ensure strong execution of seasonal launches, product deliveries and account-specific initiatives.
  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for leadership teams.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, showroom appointments and industry events where required.

Proven experience within wholesale sales, account management or business development within a contemporary, premium or luxury fashion brand. Strong network of UK and international wholesale relationships. Commercially minded with a strong understanding of market dynamics and brand positioning. Experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth. Analytical with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action. Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Passionate about fashion, culture and brand building.
