We have exclusively partnered with a high performing streetwear brand that is looking to recruit a Head of Ecom to devise and execute the DTC strategy for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with owner, investors and directors in devising a solid ecommerce DTC strategy
- Oversee the re-design/re-structure of the website ensuring its alignment with other selling platforms such as socials
- Oversee both front and back end optimisation
- Manage the Ecommerce budget
- Analyse with support from merchandising teams DTC sales
- Ensure UX and customer experience is a smooth process
- Execute the Ecom strategy on a global basis
- Collaborate with relevant 3rd parties and partnerships
- Oversee the Ecommerce growth strategy
- Partner with marketing and digital teams working to set calendars
- Partner with logistics, CS and fulfilment teams
- Create digital newsletters to engage customers
- Work with content teams to ensure web information and descriptions are in line with brand tone
- Set digital trading strategy
- Manage and increase conversion rates
- Set realistic KPIs and targets for the DTC strategy
Minimum Requirements:
- Will have 7-10 years experience within an Ecommerce leadership role
- Have a proven track record of increasing DTC sales and website optimisation
- Must have experience within a fashion brand!
- Have a great attitude, be flexible and willing to get stuck in
- Have great attention to detail
- Be a ‘people person’ with great communication skills
