Fashion Designer – Casualwear This role is all about turning cultural insight and creative references into commercial collections that resonate with today’s youth culture and anticipate what’s next in fashion. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Design and a wider creative team, contributing to collections that feel fresh, relevant, and future-facing. We’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking fashion designer with a broad skill set across multi-product categories, with a finger on the pulse of emerging trends, from jersey and denim to outerwear and wovens, you’ll bring ideas to life with a strong sense of design detail. Experience in graphics is essential, along with an understanding of how to integrate print techniques, trims, and fabric developments into apparel. What You’ll Do: Track new fabrics, trims, and colour directions, creating mood boards to inspire seasonal ranges. Design and develop collections that reflect research and creative direction, guiding ideas from concept to final product. Deliver sketches, detailed CADs, and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator with accuracy and precision. Partner with product development to ensure your design vision is clearly communicated and executed. Work to key deadlines, balancing creativity with commercial awareness. What We’re Looking For Deep understanding of youth culture, with awareness of both current and forward-thinking fashion movements. Degree in fashion design or equivalent experience. A genuine passion for style, culture, and innovation. Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisational skills. Confident communicator and strong team collaborator.
