Overview
The Head of Wholesale will lead the brand’s global wholesale strategy, driving growth across the UK, US, EU and Asian markets. This is a key leadership role within a dynamic and design-led contemporary jewellery brand, overseeing all aspects of sales, account management, and global expansion. The successful candidate will bring a blend of brand-side and agency experience, with a strong understanding of premium/luxury positioning and the ability to cultivate meaningful, long-term retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global wholesale strategy to deliver commercial growth and strengthen brand visibility across key international markets.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of three, ensuring clear sales targets, strategic planning, and market alignment.
- Manage and grow partnerships with key department stores, independents, and distributors across the UK, US, and Asia.
- Identify and open new markets and partners in line with the brand’s growth ambitions.
- Lead seasonal sales campaigns and showroom activity, ensuring consistent delivery of brand values and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Product teams to ensure brand alignment and maximise global sales opportunities.
- Analyse regional performance, sell-through, and market trends to inform strategy and product development.
- Oversee wholesale pricing structures, budgets, and sales forecasting to meet margin and revenue goals.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, market appointments, and key partner meetings.
