The E-Commerce Trading Assistant will support the day-to-day trading and operational performance of a fast-growing streetwear fashion brand’s online business. Working closely with the E-Commerce Trading Manager and wider marketing and merchandising teams, this role plays a key part in ensuring the website is commercially optimised, content is accurate and compelling, and campaigns are executed smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the e-commerce trading plan to help achieve online sales and revenue targets.
- Assist with monitoring daily website performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
- Help identify trading opportunities and flag risks or issues to the wider e-commerce team.
- Support product uploads, content updates, and on-site merchandising to ensure accuracy and strong presentation.
- Assist with managing product launches, drops, and promotional activity on the website.
- Ensure product pages and campaign content are optimised, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid media and CRM channels.
- Assist with email marketing activity, including campaign set-up, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with marketing and trading teams to help maintain a clear and commercial trading calendar.
- Help track and report on key e-commerce metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.
- Support analysis of customer behaviour and campaign results to inform future activity.
- Assist with competitor and market research within the streetwear and fashion space.
- Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and product teams to support traffic and sales initiatives.
- Assist internal teams with ad-hoc trading and performance tasks as required.
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working across e-commerce.
