A fast-growing contemporary ready-to-wear brand is looking for a confident, commercially driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale its digital business. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the brand — owning trading performance, customer experience and digital growth strategy. Working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, operations and finance, you will drive revenue while elevating the online brand experience globally.
The Role
- You will take full ownership of the Shopify site — optimising trading performance, refining UX, and ensuring seamless execution across product launches, campaigns and promotions.
- From performance marketing and CRM to forecasting and stock optimisation, you’ll combine creative instinct with commercial rigour to unlock growth opportunities across territories, categories and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day trading and optimisation of the Shopify site.
- Drive ecommerce growth strategy in partnership with marketing and creative.
- Lead CRM and retention strategy (Klaviyo), including campaigns, flows and segmentation.
- Manage paid media and performance agencies, optimising budget allocation and ROI.
- Analyse KPIs, produce trade reports and lead weekly performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities across underperforming territories, SKUs and landing pages.
- Forecast bestsellers, manage recuts and optimise weeks cover.
- Develop and execute markdown strategies to maximise sell-through while protecting margin.
- Oversee 3PL relationships, fulfilment and reverse logistics.
- Ensure a seamless, elevated customer journey from acquisition to aftercare.
About You
- 3–5+ years’ ecommerce experience within premium or luxury fashion.
- Strong Shopify expertise (Shopify Plus advantageous).
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of driving online growth.
- Confident analysing data, forecasting and managing P&L.
