We have partnered with a stylish contemporary accessories brand who is looking for a driven and experienced E Commerce executive to join the team. You will have strong experience in luxury fashion and/or accessories SEO knowledge, with onsite search optimisation with a keen understanding of CX and an exceptional eye for detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up for product launches online.
- Produce product categorisation and filters.
- Ensure on-site navigation is ideal for the customer.
- Optimise on-site search experience using Algolia.
- Ensure sales analysis, with digital analyst.
- Work in collaboration with the marketing and merchandising teams.
- Produce informed strategies based on sales and data analysis.
- Support with all live feeds.
- Support the e-commerce content executive by making content updates and service page changes in Shopify Plus.
- Ensure effective communication of site content and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Work with in-house tech team on testing new features and functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as part of an E-commerce team, preferably at a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Experience of online trading.
- Excel and Google Analytics knowledge.
- Shopify Plus experience a necessity.
- GA4 & Content Square highly preferable.
- Experience of understanding websites such as how search engines crawl, index and value website structure.
- Algolia or similar search platform experience preferable.
- Highly organised and efficient with attention to detail particularly across copy and content.
