This role requires a highly polished sales professional who excels in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and driving commercial success. Client Experience & Sales Performance
- Consistently exceed sales targets through deep product understanding, confident selling techniques and an ability to tailor solutions to each client.
- Keep up to date with fashion trends, brand collections and craftsmanship details to offer informed styling and product recommendations.
VIC Portfolio Growth & Relationship Building
- Develop CRM strategies that track preferences, purchase history and key dates to anticipate client needs and create tailored outreach.
- Lead and support exclusive client appointments, events and trunk shows designed to strengthen loyalty and generate high-value sales.
