Our client is a contemporary luxury accessories brand creating design-led collections defined by craftsmanship, quality, and enduring appeal. This brand is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Production & Logistics Executive to support the smooth running of production, stock, and logistics operations.
This role is central to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient product movement, and supporting cross-functional teams across production, repairs, shipments, and press requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in luxury goods who is keen to play a key operational role within a growing accessories brand.
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role with a focus on stock management, samples and logistics. You must be confident using Excel, the Microsoft Office suite, and Mac OS. Photoshop, Shopify & Cin7 skills are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records across all locations using Cin7
- Ensure pricing, product movement, and stock locations are correctly logged
- Liase with factories
- Conduct monthly stock takes
- Oversee stock across all locations, ensuring appropriate storage and correct system allocation
- Manage logistics for stock cataloguing, including photography and video
- Organise, receive, resize, and file imagery in line with company guidelines
- Production
- Manage product purchase order trackers and communicate order status internally
- Report stock levels to the wider business
- Coordinate internal product movement, including repairs, finishing, engraving, and bespoke requests
- Support logistics and administration for new product development and launches
- Carry out quality control checks
- Logistics
- Book and manage domestic and international shipments (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Malca Amit)
- Pick and pack B2B and D2C orders
- Manage carnets, including submission, packing, and tracking
- Monitor and report on packaging stock levels
