People Advisor β Growing Lifestyle Brand
A fast-growing lifestyle brand is seeking a proactive and people-focused People Advisor to support the Head of HR across all aspects of the people function. This is a broad generalist role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, systems-savvy and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Head of HR with day-to-day People operations, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees at all levels.
- Manages the administration of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and documentation.
- Handles first-line HR queries from the wider business in a friendly, approachable and solutions-focused manner.
- Owns and maintains HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Works confidently with HiBob; experience using the platform is highly beneficial.
- Assists with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers and supporting the offer process.
- Prepares contracts, onboarding packs and ensures a smooth introduction for new starters.
- Supports with employee relations administration, probation reviews and performance processes.
- Helps coordinate training, engagement initiatives and People projects to drive culture and team development.
- Supports payroll preparation by ensuring accurate and timely employee data.
- Assists with reporting, HR metrics and continuous improvement of People processes as the business scales.
- Ensures employees feel supported and heard, championing a positive and inclusive working environment.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a People/HR Coordinator, Advisor or strong Administrator role within a fast-paced environment.
- Systems-driven with strong attention to detail; experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms is a distinct advantage.
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Approachable, supportive and personable, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys being involved in all areas of People operations.
- Passionate about culture, engagement and providing an outstanding employee experience.
- Experience within a lifestyle, retail or creative environment is a plus.
