They require an 18-month Maternity FTC Product Development Manager, Buyer, or Senior Product Developer to ensure timely delivery of a cost effective, sustainable, commercial collection for this Ecommerce brand.
- Lead development of fashion garments and accessories
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Build ranges and plan ranges with merchandising
- Negotiate all costings and set pricing structure
- Manage the supplier base, ensure that the correct supplier is in partnership for the right product
- Ensure that the Designers vision is delivered
- Sourcing fabric and trim
- Ensure critical path & delivery schedules are maintained
- Attend and contribute to trade meetings
- Highly analytical constantly reviewing the data and suggesting improvements for future collections
- Attend fittings with garment Technology team, ensuring the product remains commercial.
- Be a considerate and inspiring leader to the team, working closely with other departments
