We have partnered with a beautiful luxury bridal brand who require an experienced senior sales advisor to work within their Flagship store.

You will be experienced at offering exceptional customer service , and achieving KPI' and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • offering warm friendly consultative customer service.
  • Styling brides
  • Managing the bridal diary, clienteling, processing customer information
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Work closely with the atelier to manage the timeline of all bridal journeys
  • Hosting fitting appointments with Head Fitter for all alterations
  • Support the Bridal Manager with Bespoke bridal clients

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the bridal or luxury RTW
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Computer literate
