Brand and Communications Director

Bloom Search is partnering with an established luxury womenswear brand to appoint an experienced Brand & Communications Director.

This is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for defining the global brand vision and delivering a clear, distinctive and commercially relevant strategy across communications, PR, content, social media, partnerships, events and VIP.

Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will protect the integrity of the brand while evolving its positioning, increasing global awareness and building deeper engagement with luxury consumers.

The Role

• Define and lead the global brand and communications strategy.
• Translate the Founder’s creative vision into a clear and compelling brand narrative.
• Oversee all external communications, including PR, media relations, social media, content, events, partnerships, influencer activity and VIP engagement.
• Develop integrated seasonal strategies and campaigns across brand, digital, e-commerce, retail and wholesale channels.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Lead the global PR strategy and nurture relationships with key editors, stylists, celebrities, influencers and cultural partners.
• Identify relevant brand partnerships, collaborations and events that strengthen visibility and credibility.
• Lead VIP, talent and dressing strategies around key moments, including fashion weeks, red-carpet events and launches.
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Retail, Wholesale and Product teams to ensure alignment across the business.
• Manage agencies, external partners, departmental budgets and campaign calendars.
• Lead, inspire and develop the internal Brand and Communications team.
• Monitor brand performance, cultural relevance, consumer engagement and return on investment.
• Act as a senior brand guardian, ensuring all activity reflects the positioning and long-term direction of the business.

The Candidate

• Significant senior-level brand and communications experience within luxury fashion, ideally womenswear.
• A strong understanding of the global luxury market and its evolving consumer.
• Proven experience developing and delivering international brand strategies.
• Established relationships across fashion press, VIP, celebrity, talent, stylists, influencers and industry partners.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across PR, social, content, digital, retail and wholesale.
• A strong understanding of how to balance creative integrity with commercial objectives.
• Confident working directly with founders, creative directors and senior leadership teams.
• An inspiring and collaborative leader with experience managing internal teams and external agencies.
• Highly strategic while remaining comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
• Culturally aware, creatively curious and able to identify opportunities that keep a brand relevant without compromising its identity.
