Our client requires an experienced Sample room/Atelier coordinator to ensure that all bespoke dresses and couture are produced in line with VIP clients\’ requests. You will have experience coordinating an atelier and producing beautiful garments in line with set timelines.
Responsibilities
- Setting Bespoke construction meetings
- Setting construction timelines
- Liaising with the VIP client
- Suggesting improvements to processes and procedures for fit
- Raising orders for fabrics and trims
- Ensuring atelier has correct fitter notes
- Oversee and assemble tech packs for all Private Clients orders
- Source and order all necessary components for production (trims, binding, fusing, etc.)
- Provide pattern makers and pattern cutters with a clear technical directive for each project
- Oversee technical decisions on in-house production for Private Clients
- Oversee your team of staff and manage work expectations
- Sourcing new fabrics for special bespoke projects
