Our client requires an experienced Atelier coordinator/Administrator to ensure that all bespoke dresses and couture are produced in line with the VIP clients' requests. You will have experience of coordinating the smooth running of a large atelier and ensuring all operations, orders, and projects are coordinated efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting bespoke construction meetings
- Setting construction timelines
- Liaising with the VIP client
- Arranging all travel and meetings
- Raising orders for fabrics and trims
- Ensuring the atelier has correct fitter notes
- Overseeing and assembling tech packs for all private clients' orders
- Sourcing and ordering all necessary components for production (trims, binding, fusing, etc.)
- Ensuring private and VIP clients enjoy a luxury client experience as expected, pre-empting specific stipulations
- Arranging efficient delivery of all bespoke orders
- Arranging press and special project samples deliveries
- Ensuring all dockets and logistical paperwork is completed and accurate
- Raising orders and ensuring timely invoices
- Sourcing new fabrics for special bespoke projects
