We are seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale Manager to oversee and grow our global luxury womenswear wholesale business. This role requires a strong understanding of the high-end fashion market, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key wholesale partners, department stores, and specialty boutiques across multiple territories.

Strategic Account Management:

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new wholesale opportunities in key international markets, focusing on high-potential luxury accounts.

Seasonal Sales Campaigns:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process during market weeks, including showroom appointments, order processing, and seasonal follow-ups.
  • Monitor sales performance by account and territory; analyze data to inform buying behavior, sell-through rates, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and design teams to communicate market feedback and align collections with wholesale demand.

Travel & Showroom Management:

  • Represent the brand at international trade shows, showrooms, and account visits.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the brand’s image and values in all client interactions, acting as a key ambassador to the wholesale market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of wholesale experience within the luxury fashion or high-end womenswear industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in wholesale systems (e.g., JOOR, Zedonk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally during market periods and for key account meetings.
