We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our team in a dynamic hunter / farmer role, responsible for delivering and exceeding £720,000 in annual revenue across our GRC Solutions portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, building trusted client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term commercial success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Winning new business through proactive prospecting, networking, outreach, and conversion of qualified leads.
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation, close, and handover.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline that supports consistent target achievement above £720,000 per year.
  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs, shape solutions, and deliver commercial value.
  • Maintaining excellent CRM discipline, reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in a hunter / farmer sales role, balancing new business generation with account growth and retention.
  • Experience consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets, ideally £720,000+ annually or equivalent.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing capability, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, resilience, and drive, with the ability to maintain momentum in a target-led environment.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills, ideally including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience within GRC, cyber security, compliance, professional services, or solution-led B2B sales would be highly advantageous.
