Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) Location: Bloom Day Nursery & Pre School, Streatham

Hours: Full-time (some bank positions available)

Purpose of the Role

  • To provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
  • To ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
  • To contribute to a collaborative team that upholds Bloom\’s values and high standards of childcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
  • Observe and record children\’s development, maintaining accurate learning journeys.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families as a key person.
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Work effectively within a team to create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment.
  • Attend training, staff meetings, and nursery events as required.
