Deputy Manager

Are you an experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We\’re looking for a passionate and inspiring Deputy Manager to join our vibrant nursery team and help shape the future of early years education in a setting that values warmth, creativity, and genuine care.

As Deputy Manager, you\’ll play a central role in supporting the daily running of the nursery, ensuring outstanding care and education for our children while working closely with the Manager and wider team. You\’ll lead with integrity, support staff development, and uphold the highest standards in EYFS practice, safeguarding, and health and safety.

We\’re seeking someone with an NVQ Level 3 or above (Level 5, EYPS, FDA, or PGCE is a big plus) and experience in leadership within an early years setting. You\’ll be confident, organised, and enthusiastic with a true passion for supporting children to thrive.
